BACKGROUND
Øyvind Wathne Aasmyr is the Managing Director of Periscope Advisors.

Mr Aasmyr has more than 15 years of experience from the energy finance markets. He has worked on a wide range of M&A, equity and debt capital markets transactions, with a specific focus on M&A within the ocean industries.

Before founding Periscope Advisors, Aasmyr worked with EY, Danske Bank Corporate Finance, First Securities, Swedbank First Securities and
Sparebank 1 SR-Bank Markets.

EDUCATION
Aasmyr holds an MSc in Economics and Finance (Siviløkonom) from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).
